Service Description

The F-Word is for young women aged 13-24. The project provides a safe place for women and girls to discuss matters openly. The project is based on transforming the lives of young women through health and well-being activities. The sessions include a range of activities that will help young women with their mental and physical health including yoga and meditation, arts and crafts, use of the gym and cooking healthy meals.
