Youth Work Professional Pathway
At Base 51 Training Academy, we ensure that young people remain the focus throughout all our learning opportunities.
We offer training courses from the Level 2 Award to the Level 3 Diploma. This range of options provides a professional pathway to support practitioners to progress in youth work. You will achieve accredited, nationally recognised qualifications, that have been constructed with guidance and insight from industry professionals.
Higher level courses require more detailed answers in learner's work as well as a longer Total Qualification Time (TQT). TQT includes Guided Learning Hours, any Placement Hours and expected Independent Learning Hours.
Course Information
At Base 51 Training Academy we tend to start most learners on a level 2 course as this acts a foundation for which to progress onto higher courses. Remember: Our higher courses require a much bigger commitment and learner's work will need to be much more detailed. Learners who have already achieved a level 2 qualification are eligible to start on a higher course.
