Claire Tavernor, Trauma Informed ADHD Holistic Coach
Talk: Understanding Yourself: The Deepest Form of Kindness
Claire was a high-achieving career woman until life took a very different path. After IVF, she became a mum to two daughters born just 21 months apart. What followed was postnatal depression, early perimenopause, and what she later discovered was undiagnosed ADHD.
That chapter began her search to understand what was really happening beneath the surface, physically, emotionally, and neurologically.
She went on to found Southwell Wellbeing Centre and now works as a trauma-informed ADHD and somatic coach, helping others find calm, clarity, and confidence by understanding how their mind, body, and nervous system work together.
Her work is grounded in science and compassion, guiding people to create lives that feel calm, connected, and sustainable.
