Join author CJ DeBarra for a talk explaining the herstory of Nottingham’s Queer scene from secret spaces to women’s discos and a revolution within a revolution! The talk will include items from the Notts Queer History Archive on Queer history and a chance to find out how this history has shaped the Queer present.

Gut health plays a crucial role in energy, stress resilience, and consistency – all essential for success as female business owners. You will learn why understanding about the gut microbiome is a powerful (and often overlooked) tool.

Talk: Inclusivity in the Workplace

Kate is a Solicitor in the Employment team at Nelsons, who kindly host For Female Success at their Nottingham offices. She works for both individuals and businesses and on contentious and non-contentious matters. Having experience of this kind has meant that she has developed an understanding of how employees and employers can work together to create a happy workplace.

Kate will be offering guidance on how to make your workplace inclusive as well providing examples of what could happen if it is not. She will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
