Young people in the UK have higher mental health needs than ever. 1 in 4 young people in England now suffering with their mental health. Not supporting young people who are struggling has huge detrimental effects on their whole lives.

At Base 51 we offer a range of counselling for young people aged 11-24 in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We’ve been going for over 30 years and provide services including person-centred counselling. We also have a Youth Club and OutBurst LGBTQIA+ groups to provide great support for mental health by giving young people a place to make new friends and chat to trusted adults about how they are feeling.

To take part, we’re asking for a donation to our GoFundMe* to help support Base 51’s mental health services for 11-24 year olds in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

*minimum £10 per person, suggested £25.
