Who We Are and
What We Do
Our mission is to enable young people to reach their potential through educational attainment, employability, creativity and good health according to the World Health Organisation's definition:
Health is a state of optimal physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Since 1993, our charity has supported young people aged 11- 25 years, providing a safe space and access to a free counselling service and crisis drop in sessions. We also provide practical support such as use of laundry and showers as well as workshops to help increase knowledge of current issues and build resilience as well as running Nottingham’s only group for LGBTQ+ young people ‘Outburst’.
